BAYARD SLEEP

Understand sleep better.
Support every step.

Our sleep care subsidiary focuses primarily on home respiratory polygraphy and works with several home healthcare providers to support continuity into treatment in France and Morocco.

BAYARD SLEEP

A home test, a coordinated pathway.

Our role is to facilitate organisation around patients: understanding the steps, preparing the test, identifying contacts and keeping the next stages connected. When the doctor selects this option, recording at home takes place in familiar surroundings.

OUR PRIORITY

Connect investigation with follow-up.

A recording is not an end in itself. Its value depends on its quality, interpretation and the action taken on the results. BAYARD SLEEP works within this continuity alongside doctors and providers, rather than simply supplying a device.

THE SLEEP CARE PATHWAY

Six steps to guide you.

The process is adapted to the medical indication, location and partner organisation. Practical arrangements are clarified before the test.

01

Listening and guiding the request

The pathway starts by understanding the request and directing the person to a doctor. Loud snoring, observed breathing pauses or sleepiness may prompt a consultation; these signs alone do not establish a diagnosis.

02

A medical indication

The doctor assesses the situation and chooses the appropriate test. Home polygraphy is suitable for some cases of suspected sleep apnoea; others require a more comprehensive investigation or specialist advice.

03

Preparing the home test

Device delivery or installation, instructions and return are organised according to the area and professionals involved. Patients should know how to prepare, use the sensors and report difficulties.

04

A night of recording

Respiratory polygraphy records airflow, chest and abdominal movements and blood oxygenation during the night. It assesses breathing, not every aspect of sleep.

05

Medical analysis and feedback

Data are sent for medical interpretation. The doctor explains the results, establishes a diagnosis and decides what comes next. If the recording is inadequate or does not answer the clinical question, further testing may be needed.

06

A handover to treatment and follow-up

When treatment is prescribed, the pathway continues with appropriate professionals and providers. BAYARD SLEEP facilitates this continuity between testing and support at home.

COMPLEMENTARY ROLES

The right contact at every step.

Doctors

They assess symptoms, prescribe tests, interpret results and choose treatment. Medical follow-up remains the reference point throughout the pathway.

BAYARD SLEEP

Our subsidiary focuses primarily on the home respiratory polygraphy pathway and its coordination. It facilitates communication between patients, doctors and partners to make each step clearer.

Home healthcare providers

We work with several providers in sleep treatment. Depending on the prescription and their scope, they supply and install equipment, guide its use and provide technical support.

Support treatment over time.

Continuous positive airway pressure, or CPAP, is one possible treatment for obstructive sleep apnoea. It delivers pressurised air through a mask. Other options exist: the doctor chooses according to the patient’s situation.

Working with several providers helps organise the handover according to needs and local possibilities. Support may cover use of prescribed equipment, mask comfort, care instructions and reporting difficulties. The aim is to sustain treatment continuity and communication with the medical team.

FRANCE & MOROCCO

The same care, locally organised.

In France

The pathway connects prescribing doctors with home healthcare providers working in the relevant area. Availability, test arrangements and financial terms must be checked for each request; full coverage is not assumed.

In Morocco

Our activity relies on coordination adapted to local professionals, partners and conditions. The pathway, areas served and financial arrangements are specified individually. French coverage arrangements do not automatically apply.

Prepare your enquiry.

For the initial discussion, indicate your country, city and whether you have a prescription. Test arrangements, required documents, potential costs and the follow-up contact will be clarified with the team. Do not send medical reports through the general contact form.

Medical information: general guidance, not an individual diagnosis.
