BAYARD SANTÉ announces the appointment of Abir Talbi as Associate Director responsible for development in France and internationally. This role reflects the group's commitment to combining growth, facility organisation and quality of the patient journey.
Her experience of more than twenty years in the dental and medical-dental sector combines hands-on practice, facility management and project support. After starting as a dental assistant in 2005, she managed several facilities and supported project founders in setting up and structuring their ventures.
Sharing skills is also a key part of her career. After working as a trainer with EvoluSanté, she co-founded Medentia, a training organisation dedicated to the dental sector.
Within BAYARD SANTÉ, she will contribute to the development of new projects and partnerships, with a focus on professionalising teams and ensuring consistency in the organisation of care.
