BAYARD SANTÉ has appointed Ghislaine ZOUHAIR to lead its dental division. This appointment supports the network’s structuring and development, drawing on practical knowledge of how its facilities operate.
After qualifying as a dental assistant in 2007, she successively held roles as team lead, administrative manager, and dental centre manager and coordinator. Establishing her own facilities also enabled her to develop experience in recruitment, activity planning and operational management.
Her new responsibilities focus on developing the dental division, strengthening the organisation of the centres and supporting teams in their day-to-day work.
The quality of reception, coordination between professionals and attention to patient journeys are the priorities of this role. The group thus aims to combine its development with a robust organisation that works closely with practitioners and teams.
